What we collect
When you submit a form on this site, we collect the information you enter, such as your name, email address, church, and role. If you send us a document or statement directly, we hold that file so it can be reviewed as part of the work you requested. We do not ask for giver names or giver contact details through this site.
How we use it
Submitted information is used to respond to your request, to prepare and deliver the services you asked about, and to follow up with you. We do not sell your information, and we do not use it to train machine learning models.
Third-party infrastructure
This site runs on hosting and backend infrastructure provided by third parties. Form submissions and uploaded files are stored in a Supabase project managed for Baker Giving. Notification and reply email is delivered through Google Gmail. These providers process the data on our behalf under their own terms and security practices. We share your information with them only to the extent needed to run the site and communicate with you, and we do not share it with advertisers or data brokers.
Retention, access, and deletion
We keep submissions for as long as needed to serve the relationship and our records. To request a copy of what we hold, a correction, or deletion, email stu@bakergiving.com. We aim to respond within five business days.
Cookies and analytics
This site does not use advertising cookies or cross-site tracking. Standard server and platform logs may record requests for security and reliability purposes.
